Faizan T. Habeeb is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Westchester office. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of New York Bar Association.
Faizan graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2010, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, concentrating in American Politics and Public Affairs. He then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating 2014. During law school, Faizan focused his coursework on criminal law, litigation and appellate practice. He also competed as a member of the Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team. Following his first year of law school, Faizan completed a nine week externship working as a law clerk in Major Trials Unit at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in Cleveland, Ohio. There, he gained extensive experience in drafting trial court motions and appellate practice in the field of criminal law, particularly as pertaining to serious and violent felonies. From his second year of law school through graduation, Faizan worked as a litigation law clerk at a law firm concentrating in the area of creditor representation and insurance subrogation, where he gained experience in trial court motion practice in the field of civil litigation.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2016, Faizan has represented clients in professional and medical malpractice, personal injury, construction accidents and property damage actions. He focuses his practice in general litigation, professional and medical malpractice matters.
