Eric E. Domer is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Pittsburgh office. He is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Courts of Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. He is also admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New York and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Eric graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He then attended law school there, graduating in 1992. During law school, he concentrated in and participated in the International Law Club and National Lawyers Guild.
During law school he worked as a producer with the PBS consortium of University Of Akron, Kent State University and Youngstown State University. There he gained experience in Mass Communication Law. Eric won regional and national awards for documentaries he produced.
After graduation, Eric served as a legal assistant with for a large litigation firm, gaining experience in large case preparation. Most recently, Eric served as registered corporate counsel for 15 years with an Ohio based interstate construction company.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2017, Eric has represented clients in general liability, mass tort and construction law. He focuses his practice in general liability, mass tort and construction law.
Eric enjoys camping, photography and gardening. He supports his wife, Sherry, in education of differently-abled children and the “Twice Exceptional Child.”
