Christopher Bambach is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Mississippi. He is a member of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
Chris graduated from the University of Scranton in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in History. He then attended the Mississippi College School of Law, graduating in 2014. During law school, he was a board member of Mississippi College’s Moot Court. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Second Amendment Society and Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Also, he has clerked at litigation firm, where he gained experience in mass tort, workers’ compensation, malpractice and personal injury matters.
After graduating, Chris practiced law at a litigation firm in Jackson, Mississippi where he gained valuable experience in both state and federal courts handling matters which included governmental tort liability, professional malpractice, personal injury, criminal defense and family law.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2017, Chris has represented clients in claims regarding professional liability, non-profit condominium, planned community board and premises liability matters.
Chris enjoys traveling and listening to music, especially at concerts and festivals. In July of 2017, Chris married his wife, Christine and is happily beginning the next phase of his life.
