Ashley N. Rodgers is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s Pittsburgh office. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Women for Economic Leadership and Development in Pittsburgh.
Ashley graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She then attended Duquesne University Law School, graduating in 2012. During law school, she was awarded the CALI Award in White Collar Crime and Legal Writing and an Excellence in Writing Award from the Duquesne University Law School Alumni Association. Also she worked at a litigation firm where she gained experience in labor and employment law, personal injury law, workers’ compensation, criminal law and family law.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2013, Ashley has represented clients in personal injury, products liability, premises liability and transportation, toxic tort, dram shop, civil rights, construction litigation, professional malpractice and medical malpractice cases. Ashley has represented cases in front of the Workers’ Compensation Court, National Labor Relations Board and Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission. Also she has extensive experience with personal injury, premises liability and product liability matters.
Ashley enjoys reading, road trips, shooting pool and exploring Western Pennsylvania’s cultural and historical sites. She lives with her husband and stepdaughter in an Eastern suburb of Pittsburgh.
