Anthony Broccolo is an Associate with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly’s New York City office. He is admitted to practice in New York and U. S. District of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the Regis Bar Association and Regis Business Network.
Anthony graduated from Villanova University in 1999, with a bachelor of science in Chemistry. He then attended the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, graduating in 2005. During law school, Anthony interned at a small general practice law firm and an intellectual property law firm. There, he gained experience in many different kinds of litigation and was able to utilize his background in chemistry.
Since joining Marks O’Neill in 2013, Anthony has represented clients in general litigation, premises liability, construction accidents, construction defect, property damage and products liability. He focuses his practice in New York State Labor Law cases. Anthony has extensive experience will all aspect of litigations up through trial in particular with regard to Labor Law matters.
Anthony enjoys reading, spending time with his daughter and watching the New York Mets.
